This is a weighted exercise vest. Currently 22lbs. Can add or take away from that weight. Size is adjustable as well as the total weight. These vest range up to $200. Not this brand but this is still being sold used from $20-$60+ online. I feel I'm priced fairly. Zipper and adjustable straps all in good condition. These vests really add to your regular routine. From running to pull-ups to dips and in between. I'm just selling off extra pieces from my personal gym. I still have my vest so my guys can use that.
