I love making rice and bring to gatherings & parties, especially since those rice cooker has an aerodynamic designed carrying handle, which I get lots of compliments. 1.8-litre (up to 10 cups) capacity appliance designed for cooking white, brown, sticky, and quick-cook rice, as well as steaming, slow cooking, baking cakes, and preparing porridge. It features a microcomputer-controlled system with Fuzzy Logic® technology that automatically adjusts power and cooking time for consistent results. The cooker includes an 8-program menu system and a 24-hour preset timer that allows users to set the start time for cooking up to 24 hours in advance. The unit has a gray LCD control panel for easy monitoring of cooking status and a push-button lid release for convenient operation. It comes with a removable inner lid and a detachable power cord for easy cleaning and storage. The inner pan is made of black dimpled "Binchotan" coated aluminum, and the cooker features a curved domed top and a removable moisture cap to prevent water droplets from re-entering the rice and to maintain moisture for fluffier results. The SR-MGS102 automatically switches to a keep-warm mode after cooking, maintaining the rice at a perfect temperature for up to 12 hours. It operates on 120V AC, 60 Hz power and has a power consumption of 600 W for rice cooking, 620 W for cake baking, and 75 W for keep-warm mode.
