Description

As is, as shown. This chest needs a lot of TLC restoration. I duplicated this dovetail joining method in a wood framed mirror I did a long time ago, they decided it was too much work to do more woodworking . 🤣 The grass hinges were broken when I received this as a family heirloom.. I removed one hinge plate from the chest with the intention of replacing it with a new press hinge, then realized I should talk to an appraiser before I mess with it anymore. Long story short, I never got around to this project , and now it’s time to clear some space in storage!
