Ashley Chocolate colored Sectional Sofa/Couch for Free

Giving away this sofa for free - however whoever wants it must pickup and remove from a 2nd story condo so there’s a flight of stairs. I’m unable to prove assistance with removal. You’ll need a big vehicle to fit this sofa as it’s fairly large. It’s 2 pieces - the chaise hooks into the other part of the sofa. The sofa was purchased from Ashley Furniture years ago. It is a dark chocolate color. I believe it is a polyester fabric and the material very easy to clean off, reminds me of microfiber. Comes from a pet-free & smoke-home home. No major stains. Two things: one of the cushions (on the chaise side) is not super fluffy due to use, it kind of goes down on one side.. and there seems to be a spring broken on the far left side of the couch. I tried to take a picture underneath of the spring sticking out but it’s not super clear. You can hear the spring when initially sitting on the left side, but it doesn’t seem to do anything once seated. It’s been like this for years. Unsure if it is an easy fix or the spring is completely broken. There doesn’t seem to be any issues on the chaise side and it can fit 2 medium-sized people laying down.
