Odemy Lopez was very professional and courteous when checking me in and out for service. She was especially attentive on my exit making sure I was completely satisfied with my service appointment. I drove out of the lot with a sparkling car because of a courtesy wash too. I have no reservations about returning to Schumacher for my next service visit with Odemy!

I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for 9AM and was in my truck pulling out of the parking lot by 9:40. I was delighted. It was the quickest experience I’ve had a dealership. It was too good to be true. Driving home my truck began to overheat. I thought maybe it’s a one off thing and I’ll get home shut it off and next time I go drive it will be fine. I was wrong. It overheated again instantly. I popped the hood to see my radiator cap sitting inside the engine bay with radiator fluid covering the engine bay. I appreciate a quick service experience but fast is only good if it’s done right. My first experience at Schumacher West Palm and will probably be my last. I emailed the service department for a manager to reach out to me but have had no response so the public should know about this

Bought a new truck recently and it couldn't have went any better....everyone was amazing, helpful and surprisingly easy to deal with.... I've bought a few cars over the last couple years. And it's always a hassle and a headache never look forward to it. And like I said, this was surprisingly easy they gave me what I wanted from my trade and they met the price that I wanted to pay for the new truck. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Trey was absolutely amazing helping my dad find the perfect Buick. He was incredibly patient, informative, and attentive throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about his customers—he was kind, never pushy, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt comfortable and well taken care of thanks to him. Hoping he’ll also help me get set up with my own trade-in next. Highly recommend working with Trey!

Regrettably we just sold our 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range with less then 13,000 miles. We had our eye on the 2025 GMC Acadia Denali & phoned Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm to ensure they still had the vehicles we were interested in. We spoke with Vivian Dorantes who assured us the vehicles were there & she would pull them up for us. She met us when we arrived with her very pleasant smile & demeanor & led us out to the Acadia that she had pulled up for us. After test driving it we decided to try the Buick Enclave, well the minute we got into the Enclave we knew that this was the one we were going with. We just want to thank Vivian so much for all her patience and knowledge of the vehicles & different models they had in stock. After our exceptional experience buying our Tesla & not having to deal with a high pressuring sales team we were not looking forward to having to deal with that again. Vivian made our purchase here seamless, we were so happy to have her as our sales associate & in getting us the best possible price on our new Enclave. Her job didn’t stop when the deal was signed, she texted me several times over the next few days to ensure we were happy and to offer any additional help if we had any questions or concerns regarding our new vehicle. We cannot say enough about Vivian, she provided exceptional customer service and is certainly an asset to Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach!!
