Bench has 4 adjustable settings for the back that allows for decline, flat and incline presses. The seat section also allows for multiple adjustments for easier decline work. Back & seat pad can be ordered online. Freshly wiped down, cleaned and sanitized. *** Last picture is of a brand new 3'x4' rubber mat that is 1/2" thick that would work well with the weight bench.
