Here's a dog house that I made for my dog, pictured, for her to stay outside. She ended up not liking being outside, and now she's an indoor dog! The roof is fully sealed, the boards are made of three quarter inch plywood and with brackets so that it is super duper strong. Would also make a great chicken coop, if you're interested in that. They materials alone cost about a hundred eighty bucks so the $100 price tag is more than reasonable. It will last you a lifetime or lifetimes of your dog any questions don't hesitate to ask. It will take a truck or trailer to take this away, it is a very solid piece of equipment.
