Original retail for all pieces was around $4,500, plus the CB2 table set originally $700+. Condition: • 2-Piece West Elm Sectional – Great overall condition, very clean. • Lounge Chaise – Tear underneath cushion (not visible). Cushion was DIY-refilled, also not visible. Doesn’t affect comfort or use. • CB2 Table Set (3 tables) – Good condition with light scratches from normal use. Originally $700+. Prefer to sell as a package.
