Been in here now with several of my vehicles and they’re always kind, thoughtful and to the point. Customer service is on point and their work has been excellent as well. Additionally it is vastly appreciated that they don’t treat me as though I don’t know anything since I’m a women. Rare in an auto setting. They will continue to get my business anytime I don’t feel like doing the work myself. It’s nice to have a place I can trust.

I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem!
When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and I'm glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center.
A final word--I'm seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!

Best customer service. Very welcoming, clean and friendly environment. My family have been in need of a new vehicle for quite awhile. So we stopped here on a whim not expecting anything.
