I contacted NJ Auto Traders about a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and was texted immediately by Felix to setup an appointment.  Everything went great with the test drive / purchase. I left the appointment with the car after a few hours.  I drove the car on a weekend trip a couple hundred miles and everything worked great with the car.

Felix is such a down to earth guy and we had some good conversations while we waited for all the paper work to be submitted.  I would definitely recommend buying a used car from them.

Erick and Jamal were absolutely great, they were kind curious and professional, by far one of the best dealer experiences I’ve had to date. The process was quick, test drive was fun and staffing was amazing.

I bought a beautiful 2012 Mercedes E350 here. The car was as advertised, just be aware that the price doesn't include hefty dealer fees so the price was a lot higher than anticipated though I was able to negotiate it a bit. What irked me was the delay in processing the title registration, all what was needed was a dealership owners signature, and it took about 4 weeks to get that. Also, I got a second key with the car that didn't work and turned out to be not for that car at all, and I just found out that they removed the spare tire assembly and tools. These were there when I inspected it, but are missing now. I found out weeks later when I wanted to check the spare tire pressure. In summary, great car, easy transaction, just make sure you double check everything when you pick up your purchase.

*** In response to the dealer: I told you that the key was from a different car and you refused to get a new key or reimburse me. Also, AWD has nothing to do with a spare tire. I stand by my comment that it was there upon inspection. You could have contacted me directly if you wanted to get this right.
