The transmission shifts very smoothly.  The battery is in excellent condition.  The car was previously owned by a non smoker. Beyer Enterprise is great dealership. I've purchased three cars from Willie without any issues. He is very patient and helpful. My latest purchase was a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in great condition.
