Today is Monday 6/23/25 on 3/25/25 signed paperwork with Francisco Alvarado the owner over the weekend I noticed smoke coming from under the hood had my neighbor look at the car he told me a few hoses needed to be changed and the water pump(He's a retired Mechanic bad back can't work on the car) so I text the owner Francisco  told me " I'm out of town the Mechanic is there but can't look at your car until I return in 7days" WOW so Francisco's on vacation I have to miss work because Francisco can't have the Mechanic who's at the dealership look at the car unless Francisco's present WOW if I told Francisco I have my car payment in the bank but I can't pay him until my car is repaired what do you all think will happen. This is the type of person you will deal with if you get a car from this Lot. This is the Craziest thing I've heard an owner of a car lot say. I wonder if he treats his Mexican customers this way.
