🛋 Two Free Couches – Must Pick Up by 9/30

I have two free couches available — both need some cleaning but are solid, usable pieces of furniture. Perfect if you’re willing to give them a little TLC. These were left here by other tenants and need to be removed ASAP. 1. Brown Couch (with grey slipcover) • Large, comfy couch • Slipcover included- each cushion has a separate cover and can be removed to be washed. Original couch is brown underneath- has stains that need deep cleaning • Has a pull-out bed feature, but the bed mechanism is broken • Otherwise sturdy and comfortable, still a solid, functional couch if you just want it for sitting or lounging, or if you’re up for a project to fix the pull out bed 2. Black Futon Couch/Bed ***CLAIMED- pending pickup**** • Folds down flat into a bed (great for guests or small spaces) • No damage, just needs pet hair cleaned off 📌 Notes: • Both couches have been around a dog (pet hair present). • Free to anyone who can pick them up. • You will need to bring help to move/transport. • Must be picked up by 9/30- pickup at Summit Hills Apartments
