Description

This is a 2002 Coleman Fleetwood Series Fairlake. When fully opened it is ENORMOUS! It sleeps up to 5-6 people: 4-5 in the two queen-sized beds, 1 on the convertible table/bed. It is 20 years old but it has served our family well for years. Come take a look and we are sure you will agree!! LENGTH: Hitch to back bumper = 19’ Both pull-outs, fully extended = 24’ BEST OF IT: It has a shower! It has a toilet! It has a storage trunk - VERY useful space! Mattresses in great condition! One side of the trailer has a newer foam topper for additional cushioning that will be included. Couch cushions and table in great condition! Canvas is weather-proof! Working trailer brakes! All screens are intact! WORST OF IT: No longer has an attached water tank. We use the hose hook-up. Water tanks are available online, if interested. The canvas has some tears that are repaired with duct tape. Some of the zippers are torn / detached from the vinyl/plastic window coverings. The stovetop is no longer secured to its cabinet base. When folding the cabinet to close up the trailer you need to support it. Haven’t used/tested: refrigerator, gas heater, water heater or stove. Door has a built-in screen, and privacy shade but privacy shade slides down. We use duct tape to hold it up when needed. It’s got several dinged and broken plastic pieces, but in good shape for a 20 year old rig.
