This item is fully loaded, with the full recliner, iLift, articulated foot tests, egg crate seat, rugged indoor/outdoor wheels and long life battery: price new as equipped was $27,000. All accessories included, including charger. There's a minor issue with the small "control panel" display, but the convenience buttons on the control panel do work and the main panel (with the joystick) is fine and can control all the features too. Minor wear on the foot pads. As is. Accepting offers.
