Great condition 1996 Lance Squire 3000 8’ cab over truck camper. Everything works. Has AC unit, heater, water heater, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, solar, new solar battery, new propane tanks, electric jacks, dually swing outs, aluminum steps, wet bath with shower, sink and toilet. Cabover potion has been completely replaced to remove leak prone front window by RVMD. All windows and roof penetrations were resealed at that time. Has one piece aluminum roof. Fits long and short bed trucks. Includes turnbuckles.
