My father purchased a car on 3/3/25 from Solid Motorcars and has yet to receive proper titling documents two months later.  He calls and emails but gets no response from Tiffany or anyone else at the dealership.   Nevada law requires dealerships to provide the documents needed to title a car within 30 days of sale.  While we do understand that issues can arise when transferring titles from state to state (car is titled in CA, Solid Motorcars is in NV and the title is going to MI), it is inexcusable to leave a customer without an answer two months later.  If this issue isn’t resolved promptly we will be forced to file a complaint with the Nevada licensing authority and seek legal help, but all we want is to be able to title the car that was purchased!

Edit in Response to Owner:  That is correct, he spoke with the dealership on Monday 4/28 and again on Friday 5/2.  Both days he was told that a message would be left for Tiffany to call him back with an update and he has yet to hear back from her so he also followed up with her via email on 5/2.  The last time he had an ‘update’ was when he was in town on 4/21 and came to the dealership.

Going forward he will only reach out via email, which I will be happy to post all of the screenshots of to keep you attuned and so there will be no further questions of dishonesty.

What you should not appreciate is how your employees are treating your customers:/
