Only thing I can think of is it’s SLIGHTLY off centered on the back. I’ve def seen worse get a 10. Best looking 9 you’re gonna find. Def worth a shot to double your investment with a PSA 10. In my opinion it looks like a floor BGS 9.5 gem mint! Seller information- I typically only buy and sell centered rookie cards in premium condition for their respective grade.
