Super sturdy metal twin over full bunk bed. Full frame turns into couch (see pics) It’s in like new condition. Comes with super comfy futon. Futon has a few tiny holes from where threading use to be (see pics) We always put a sheet over so didn’t really matter to us. Futon is very heavy so bring a second person to help carry Bed will be disassembled. No instructions included, but will make sure all bolts/screws are there and in as few pieces as possible
