So I purchased this thing a while back to be a big project of mine, whether We were going to use it to travel or to air BNB it i wasn't sure... It definitely needed a FULL remodel/makeover, I have all the before pictures before for Any potential SERIOUS buyers. I unfortunately rented it out to an acquaintance of mine and they completely thrashed it even more. It's taken me some time just to get all their things out and to clean it up again. So with all that said... it's a half way finished project. There are only minor things that need to be fixed. I will list that after. It has a great start to a remodel and it could use your own touch to it.... The flooring is ripped out, I sanded it down and started laying those sticky tiles from Lowe's, they look like granite, they look nice, but I did not finish the whole thing. It needs to be finished to look complete. I sanded down all the walls and cieling, and gave it two coats of top of the line white paint from home depot. The air conditioning works amazing, full blast it gets freezing within fifteen/ twenty minutes mid summer. Everything works, the fridge and freezer work like a champ, the stove works perfect. I can't say I've ever used the oven but I'm sure its fine, all the cabinets were cleaned and sanitized, then sanded down and painted. I sealed any holes or openings. There are the twin turbo beds that rise up and down which is so cool you can lift them up in the day to have all that space, you can store so much underneath them as well. They're basically like huge bunk beds, i fit in a king size memory foam mattress on each one, then my kids wanted to make the to a play area on the top. There are windows on each side. Really it's so versatile. Those are in the common areas, living room, whatever you react to call it. Then in the back bedroom there is a small, probably a full or queen size platform, which is a bed area as well if a mattress is added. It has a windows that opens up, a cielieng vent, it surrounded by smaller cabinets all around the room and two larger cabinets that are to be used as a closet I guess, then the bed actually lifts up almost like a Murphy bed but not really it just has a whole storage underneath the bed. The only thing is is that the back bedroom is the one bedroom I have not even started yet so it's a little bit rough looking I did paint the cabinets in there but it could probably use a better paint job the flooring needs to be done in there as well it just could use a makeover in that back bedroom there is a space to hang a TV on the wall if you need to it's a pretty small bedroom though and then it's a Jack and Jill from the bedroom to the kitchen so the bathroom is in between with an opening on each side. The bathroom is okay but it's not finished I did paint the walls but it could use a new paint job probably a good sanding and then another paint job I did try to replace the bathtub and the sink so that it wasn't like a dingy yellow but it's more of a white but it could probably use a handyman or professional to redo it because it just doesn't look right to me it's not bad it just doesn't look up to par. It's a very small bathtub but it works only problem in the bathroom is that for some reason the plumbing or the draining system doesn't drain very quickly. I'm not sure why or how maybe it just needs to be snaked or it needs to be thoroughly cleansed and emptied I don't know but that would be one of the problems I would say would be the worst to me I'm a woman I don't know how to fix something like that and I'm sure it would be easier for somebody else or plumber I'm sure they can figure it out. I know that there is a built-in generator I don't know what he was that I never used it before but I know it does turn on also there is solar capacity but I'm not sure how that works either I never used either one of those. It's a great little trailer and once it's finished it will be really adorable it just needs somebody to put the work into it and I don't have the time to do so. It is definitely something that you can live in as of now minus those few repairs it's definitely livable it just needs a good cleaning again because it was in the middle of a remodel before the remodel started it was pretty rough or just not anything I would want to live in it was just very basic and pretty dingy looking with the dark paint Etc I am literally enclosing everything I know about this thing whoever buys it needs to purchase it as is and we just need to finish it themselves from where I left off at I'm going to add as many pictures as I can I will go down and take some more pictures today in the pictures there's a lot of like decorations and Home Decor I will remove most of those so it'll be pretty basic Just Cabinets white paint Etc but there is a place to hang curtains in there to cover the beds it's very doable.
