As a local business owner, I am shocked to find people are still doing business like this. The force-fed tracking device on these cars to purchase-The paint protection you’re forced to buy-And some alarm. Good luck nowadays trying to push these on people

My daughter purchased a Ford fusion here a couple months back. She was so excited. Within a week or so, one of her Tires Light was on. I went to take a look there was a nail. I went to look for the jack and tools. They’re just a little jack but No Way to make the jack work Without having the tools. After I’m doing further inspection of the vehicle, come to find there’s no emission label -I looked all around the hood, looked all around, radiator support in those areas. The dealership Has to be aware of A missing emission label, especially when the used car manager service manager service rider technician all have a piece of getting this vehicle ready for sale.

Sales person sunny was great. But besides him, everything else is turning worse- The poor Sales guy said we cannot mail us anything. We have to drive an hour and a half to pick things up. This is very odd for a company that size can simply have parts Print label throw it in a box and FedEx here you go. I’ve been in the business for over 24 years. I’ve never heard of things like this is happening.  Then today I get some phone call and Txt From a sales manager, his name starts with a J
In which he informed me to take down some reviews, I posted and he’ll find a way to help so its Now turning into a negotiation And Holding the items we need hostage?
It seems the dealership is in trouble if they can’t mail out an item especially a California emissions label

Fremont CDJR was great. I saw a vehicle I liked and gave me a pressure free test ride. I was there a day earlier and Bunny, the salesman, didn’t even pressure me when I had to leave. The next day when I returned he was ready and the sale went quickly and smoothly. All in all I’m very satisfied with the dealership and the sales and financing department. I was treated very well.

By far my best experience buying a car. My salesman Sunny was great. He made everything quick and easy. Matt Saefong was also great in getting all the paperwork done. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Fremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram got me as a customer for good.

I had an incredible experience at CDJR thanks to my salesman, Sonny. Sonny reserved this for me for over a month while the car was getting new wheels , tires , and brakes,  and made sure I was the first one in line for it. Even made sure my cars back bumper was fully painted due to some scratches from previous owner. Sonny made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered every question I had, worked with me on the details, and never once made me feel pressured.
