25' Moorage Sublet on Lake Washington at new Leschi Marina

Nice secure protected slip in Leschi Marina near BluWater Bistro for sail or motor boat. The slip is in the new super up to date Leschi South Marina. Locked gate, security cameras, electricity, water (temperature permitting), and two permitted parking spots included. Additionally, we have installed a large dock box. Slip is available for sublease from mid September. The length of the sublease is for six month or until around 3/31/2026 (reasonable flexibility). You provide proof of insurance, fill out a form and pay ahead and you are all set. We have subleased for a number of years during winter. We always do this for exactly what we pay. Typically I get a lot of people when it gets close, but this year I am offering the spot early. If you are early to book the spot, then I will be openminded to take a reasonable loss so as to "check it off my list". We have been in South Leschi for many years and love it as it is easily accessible and since it is on the inside dock it is protected by multiple piers for the best possible protection of the boat from waves. You cannot get thru the gate, but you can see the marina and the slots fine . The slot is on the inner peer on the right side that offers the best protection and the easiest access to both parking lot and to Lake Washington.
