Jayco Kiwi Camper Trailer

Awesome camper travel trailer. My wife and I renovated during covid, which is now too small for our growing family. Rebuilt and framed the whole front end section and built 2 custom wooden platforms shelf areas. Custom futon with storage space. Re painted everything. New floor. Sealed roof 3 years ago. Great tires and axles. 1 of 2 pop out beds are fully functional. I sealed the one in the front because that is a very leak prone spot on this model. It stays dry this way. Ac works. Toilet works. We never used any of the shower or sinks and removed the hot water tank. Everything but the tank is still there if you want to re assemble. Propane heater and refrigerator work. Brakes work. Have clean title for it. Still not 100% finished and could use TLC. Ceiling needs finished. The driving lights are busted and don't have bulbs. I use harbor freight towing lights when I drive this which will come with it. Roof could prob use another coat of silicone soon. The fiberglass exterior is in ok shape but some spots do bubble at bit. They make glue kits to tighten up. I've caulked every crevice with high quality roofing silicone, the bubbling is from the previous owners so it's never gotten worse. I will also include the weight distribution towing hitch with this. It's a 2&5/16 towing ball and is over 5k lbs. The weight distribution is a must for towing on the highway. Again this camper was great to us for 5 years. Took many times to salt fork, PA, and hocking hills. Too small for our family now and looking for a great owner. 4500 or best offer / trades welcome
