This is a great item , I purchased it for my god child but he had already learned how to swim without assistance. It’s coast guard approved and colorful to be easily seen at all times please see all pics it has age and weights appropriate for in the pictures. Was 19.99 originally, that’s what I paid when purchased it. Brand new has original tags a fixed to vest.
