If you cannot immediately retrieve your package and open it please make arrangements for someone else to do it for you. The plant needs to be taken out of the box ASAP upon delivery. NOTICE: If your plant arrives badly damaged, I will need photo proof of the box and the plant to send out a replacement. A leaf that comes off during shipment or minor breakage does not constitute serious damage. We will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, etc...
