Craftsman LT1000 riding lawn mower

It's a 1998 Craftsman mower with a 20 horsepower overhead valve V-Twin Briggs & Stratton motor however it runs strong as long as you spray gas into the intake as far as I know the gears work and like I say the motor runs as long as you spraying gas into I can't get it to pick up from the tank or directly from a can the motor alone if you had to buy a new was $1,000 I'm asking 200 for the whole thing the battery doesn't come with it I now have the gas pumping up from the tank I got the court date needed for that but it still seems to be a clog going into the carburetor from the side that is the gas line is hooked to and I still have it there has been 15 enquiries only one person has came to look at it if you're not serious don't waste my time
