THE GRASS WAS ONLY LAID DOWN SECURED WITH NAILS. THE COST OF THE MATERIAL ALONE WAS OVER $ 3,400. IN ODER TO REMOVE THE GRASS YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE ALL THE TALL WEEDS AND THE METAL FENCING YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES THAT WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE PROPERTY. ALSO AND THIS IS A MUST ALL THE GRASS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. I AM RENTING THIS HOUSE AND CAN’T LEAVE SOME OF IT BEHIND. I WILL ASK TO SIGN A QUCK AGREEMENT TO GIVE THIS AWAY AGAIN FOR FREE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF INTERESTED.
