Polasky's business, which sold butter, eggs, tea, and coffee, located at 23 Bushwick Ave., Brooklyn, NY. 1919 Victory Plate. Has 6 gold stars. With a blue inner ring and red outer ring. The writing and the eagle are in gold. In the middle of the plate, it says: 1919 Compliments of L. POLASKY BUTTER EGGS TEA AND COFFEE 23(?) Bushwick Ave. B'klyn, N. Y.
