PICKUP ONLY! Item located at Skyline Towers APARTMENTS at 5599 Seminary Rd., Falls Church, VA 22041. I'll meet you at the lobby. Follow signs to the renting office. For sale, gently used Set of 2 - Polk Audio Monitor 70 Series II / Floorstanding Speakers / Cherry. PLEASE NOTE! I am moving to the west coast and already sold AVR receiver. You won't be able to test the speakers.  I am the original owner. It was purchased from authorized Polk Audio dealer - Newegg in 2013. Over the years, the speakers were powered by Onkyo and Marantz AVRs and were never overloaded.  The speakers are in excellent working and very good cosmetic condition. One speaker cabinet has some dents. Grills can be securely attached to the speakers but some holders on the grills are broken. It does not affect the speaker's functionality. See pictures for details. I installed metal spikes that can be removed with allen 6mm wrench. It comes with original, plastic legs. It comes with manuals.
