Vintage Spice of Life (Centura) dishes made by Corning 1972 to 1987. Made out of Pyroceram (transparent glass-ceramic) only the earliest pieces in this line feature words of dish's model below its fruit and vegetable pattern. In CorningWare tradition, these are oven/microwave/dishwasher safe, resist stains & don't absorb food odors/flavors. 1.5L (Quart) L'Echolate square casserole dish is 9" long (including handles), 7" across, & 2 7/8" deep. Each handle 1" x 2" w/Corningware & A-1 1/2-B embossed underneath. Matching lid is Pyrex A-7-C. The perfect size for a small gathering or pot luck meal. Matching Le Persil petite baking dish (w/out lid) is 7" long (including handles), 5.25" across, & 2 3/8" deep, w/each handle 7/8" by 1" w/thumb indentation underneath. Maker's mark embossed on bottom CorningWare P-43-B 700mL (0.7Quart or 2.75Cups). Versatile for hot fondue/dips or small dessert treats. Total 3-piece weight: 3.4lbs.
