2005 19ft Starcraft Islander

Excellent condition. Fuel efficient. Easy to tow. Low maintenance. Easy to launch. Brand New (not reconditioned or rebuilt) inboard Mercruiser "crate" engine. Less than 30 hours on the brand new hour meter. It has a powerful and extremely fuel efficient 3.0 liter 4 cylinder. Brand new San Juan engineering heat exchanger so salt water does not go into engine block, it is isolated. Brand new coil and distributor. Brand new zinc anodes. Completely rebuilt lower end gearcase, new gaskets, bearing, shift cable, impeller, bellows, prop nut, everything. Exhaust manifold interior was soda blasted and inspected, it is in excellent condition. All lower unit parts that needed corrosion removal (there wasn't much pitting at all) were soda blasted, primed , painted, greased and reinstalled. Every single bolt and surface has grease or loctite for corrosion prevention. Brand new Mercruiser spin on water separator fuel filter assembly and fuel filter.(not pictured) Completely rebuilt carburetor. 100% GM And Genuine Mercruiser parts and lubricants used. (No aftermarket "just as good" parts) I built this to last! (The photos with the lower unit off show the work in progress, it is completely reassembled now and better than new.)
