No Chain. It came without one. I have one I can sell but I paid retail for it so didn't include to keep price lower. If you need one message I can add it o to the price. There's a small dent or hole looking thing on one side can always make that the back. Not sure what would cause that. Solid but probably hollow. It's marked on the jump ring but worn so I couldn't make out what the maker is aside of the 925. Think it starts with S. There are some scratches if you magnify etc it's used possibly vintage probably vintge I should say.
