The self propellor will speed up and slow down very responsively depending on person’s favoritism. Can easily fit 6’8 in height. Has arms that can detach for movement but should keep there for safety if you don’t feel comfortable on it. Has a measurer for distance (endurance running), mph or km (not sure how accurate it is) and works through 4 double A batteries. It has lasted really well without much maintenance at all. It has 2 hind metal legs and is super easy to move it’s position with a bar located right under the rear end of treadmill. The two wheels in the front of the treadmill are used to pivot it’s position and move the machine without hassle. One thing to note is one of the rubber stoppers on the right hind leg had gotten lost during a big move. We utilized something simple to leverage leg up a bit or take other stopper off and it should be completely leveled. Please ask any questions!
