A rare Valley 400 mic processor. Made in the USA - Nashville TN Everything works. Pots are slightly dusty when turned, audio is clear when in use, the switch for the VU reader is stuck in the input position but this doesn't affect the sound in any way. This is an incredibly rare and sought after vocal mic processor with simple EQ and a distinct compression and gate built in. 100% analog gear. Ive been using this unit for the last 15 but no longer record vocals and so I no longer need it.
