I had messaged about the 05 2500 ram. Asked to bring it to my work and have it looked over before purchasing. Being an 05 and a mechanic I understand there will be stuff wrong with it. When I got there the vehicle had no brakes and the pedal went to the floor. They told me they had no idea which was a complete lie. Fast forward and they tell me it will get fixed. The very next day after having there mechanic come over they raise the price due to them fixing a safety concern. The my advised me it would be done the next day and I can come by at noon. I messaged at 11:20 and asked if I could start heading that way and was told now they found a pin hole leak. I kept getting the run around and lied too and then they send me a screenshot of all the people that are interested in it and asked if I wanted to put a deposit down on a vehicle that’s still broken. After I told them I’m not putting a deposit down on a vehicle that’s still broken and I haven’t been able to look at it they told me that’s how we do it sir and tells me sounds like this truck isn’t for you. I would have bought this truck if they didn’t have dishonest people and just told the truth. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I can add photos of entire conversation if need be

Stay FAR AWAY!! From this place!!! Recently my fiancé and I bought a work truck a 2015 dodge ram 2500 it drove well when we tested it. No lights on dashboard . Bought it at 26k gave a hefty down! And 50 miles into driving the truck off the lot  it started to over heat! Called the manager and said they sale the vehicle as is! Which is okay but really?! We haven’t even made our first payment! Took it to a mechanic, said it’s the egr coolent , job is about $3500 we asked the manager to At least pay for the part ( $1000) we’d pay the labor.. no response! Now not even answering our calls! So now we’re fixing the truck before its first payment!

These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. After 4 months I still have not received the title to my truck I purchased in April 2024 because they gave the wrong address to DMV. The license plates also took 4 months to get because they also sent them to a different wrong address. I now have to apply for a certified copy of my title from the state which means I will never have the original title. Someone is running around with my original plates and someone else is running around with my original title. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
