I purchased a 2010 BMW 650i E64 from them and have gotten nothing but problems. I live out of States. Before purchasing it, I spoke directly with the owner, who assured me the car had never been in any accident and that it came with a clean Carfax. The car was delivered (shipped) to me. Upon delivery, I went on a test drive with the car and got stuck on the road. I called them and spoke to AJ Sales/the manager, who confirmed the car needed a battery. I asked him why they didn't replace the battery while the car was at the lot, and he gave me a bunch of excuses. I towed the car to a shop and bought a brand new battery for $230, plus $150 for towing and $100 to program the battery to the car. I decided to take the car to the dealership to diagnose it and see what else it needed. They found that the car had been involved in a front collision, causing front bumper damage and a broken headlight, which signaled a headlight module malfunction in the dashboard. Upon diagnosis, the front headlamp cost $2,000 💸, and the park signal lamp cost $500, plus $600 to repair the front bumper, not including the rear bumper, missing license plate lights, and a door latch that is misaligned because of the prior collision. I called the dealership several times to speak with the owner about the situation to help split some of the cost and always told that he is out, I left several messages for him to call me back, he never returned my call but before the sale I will call they will merge the call to him directly. Please do not go to this stealership, they are nothing but liars.  DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS. If you don't want to get ripped off do not go there.

I was searching for a car that was within my budget and found a 2020 Chevy Malibu that was listed. I inquired about it and drove up to test drive it and purchase it. Upon test driving it, the car was a smooth drive but the only issue I found was the TPMS sensor light was on and it had a little trouble shifting. I had mentioned it to the dealer after my test drive and he just said that the car had been sitting for a minute and it would adjust itself. He also gave me his personal phone number to contact him if I needed further help. I drove it home and fixed the TPMS sensors (not that big of a deal) and then 3 days after I purchased the car, the transmission went out. I had purchased an after market warranty but the warranty company is not wanting to cover anywhere near the amount it takes to replace a transmission so I called them to ask for a solution (helping me with the cost or returning the car) and they were no help. I called the dealership on multiple occasions and even left many voicemails and texts to his personal number but they either hang up on me when I call or they say that they can’t take the car back. They aren’t wanting anything to do with me after I purchased the car and I have even threatened a lawyer. Now I am stuck in payments on a car that I have had for 3 weeks and have only driven for 2 days (not to mention me having to pay $3000 for a new transmission). DO NOT RECOMMEND.

terrible business and terrible cars. My father bought a car from here and They don’t honor complaints, no matter how many times a buyer brings it to their attention.  No matter how many times a buyer complains about an issue that was mentioned to them.  They are very inconsiderate.  He bought a car from them and the first months he continued to take it back to them and they never took out
the time to check  it out.  In the time that he had the car he had to purchase more than fifteen gallons of anti-freeze. They avoided providing a car fax.  They knew that the car had some type of leak prior to him taking it home.  They informed him that they would put some antifreeze in it and that it was ok.  Well he been putting antifreeze in it for the entire time that he has had it, plus had to replace the thermostat and the water pump at a cost of two thousand dollars.  They knew this and yet did nothing to rectify the situation.  The lemon law should have applied to this.  My father is a U.S. Marine disabled veteran and I think that it is a crime for these businesses to get away with this type of criminal activity and not be penalized for doing so to honest people.   And all the good people in this country find it easier to turn a blind eye to it, that is, until it hits home!  No conscious, no love for one another, and just don’t care, as long as it’s not them! DO NOT BUY HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A TRUSTWORTHY car dealership

I just bought a car here a few weeks ago. Derrick helped me out and he was great! I don't live in the area and he was able to help me get a PPI, was fast to respond, and answered all my questions!

Well, it’s pretty simple. Go buy a bicycle if this is your only option for a car dealership. You’ll most certainly be ripped off. At this point, I’ve spent so much on the useless piece of junk sold to me that I am genuinely considering just sending it to the scrap yard. Worst experience for any kind of purchase in my entire life. It makes no sense trying to get anything from them since you have a sign something which is along the lines of “we don’t promise you anything after this sale”. I hope someone files a class action suit against them. Seems I’m not the only victim. 10/10 would not recommend.
