These are in very good condition couch & love seat both recliner see pics and virtual no stuffs tears or stains. They have not been used very much. Moving and not needed at this time. $400 OBO. I will throw in the coffee & end tables if you purchase couch & love seat! You'll live the comfort this couch brings and the love seat is the same. They were purchased at carol house for $4000 for the set. Check out the pics of the set reclined. You wont want another set after this one. Its hands down the most comfortable set.
