Antique Edward Donovan Butterfly Engravings – Set of 4 $450 OBO Early 19th-century hand-colored butterfly engravings from Edward Donovan's An Epitome of the Natural History of the Insects of India (circa 1800–1804). These original engravings retain their impressed plate marks and feature metallic highlights on several of the butterflies. Professionally framed as a matching set with vibrant custom mats in purple, gold, pink, and turquoise. One print has been removed from its frame for identification and will need to be reassembled.
