Sleeps 4 comfortably Ac works, has propane heater that works great, Fridge works Toilet and shower work Also has an Outdoor shower Queen bed Upper cabinets turns into a bed Dinette turns into a twin bed Has electric jacks Needs: roof repair has about a 3ftx3ft section of plywood that’s needs replaced from water damage no mold. The roof liner is still in tact but I removed the section of plywood from inside. Needs locks because I can’t find the key Needs hot water heater replaced Family’s getting bigger and don’t have the time to fix this up won’t take much to make it perfect. Will need a full size 3/4 - 1ton truck with 8ft bed don’t even try to pick this up with a six foot it won’t work. $4,500 or best offer located in valley center
