The problem from what we can tell: * Motor works fine * Seems to work on Medium setting, but on other settings, the red light flashes and stops working * Should work on bare floors since it doesn't use the roller brush * Hand wand and attachments work * Front roller doesn't seem to work on carpet 9 photos shown
