2021 Recreation by Design Monte Carlo. Entering there is a full kitchen to you're left. Fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, sink, microwave, and cupboards. Opposite of fridge is a dinette. Through the kitchen is the living room and behind screen there is a large book case/display unit. Across from couch is a 6ft slide out used as a utility closet. Dinette and couch are in a 15ft slide out. Entering to the right there is a mid bunk room with one slide out. Past the middle bunk down the hall there is a full bathroom toilet, shower, tub, washer, dryer, and sink. Through the bathroom is the master bedroom with closet, built in dresser, place for TV, and bed. Bed is in a slide out. We are selling at price due to damages. Has been lived in 5 years now. Mostly cosmetic. Non cosmetic: No furnace Dishwasher works but needs jiggling to close One outlet dead Window broke installing a/c. Master bedroom a/c dead Grey tank cracked Cosmetic: Exterior: Bent bumper Original owner tore off fender Awning removed Two patched holes on either side of hitch from original owner delivering Interior: Dog chewed through the linoleum. Water stains on cupboards from shampooing the full coverage living room rug Kitchen cupboard below sink has broken part (doors still work) Mid bunk was completely gutted for custom room. This unit was purchased for a LOT more in good condition. Priced to reflect condition. Two dogs, a cat, myself, my son, and my husband all live in it comfortably without tripping over each other. Which is saying somethin, hubby is 6'7. It doesn't smell like animal. Feel free to reach out for a viewing. We are getting a new RV. Until the new RV is here, we are not moving out of this one. Putting feelers out for potential buyers. This is a great option for a cheap temporary home, fix up and sell, or fix up and keep. It's currently liveable with it's quirks.
