iDeal Auto Sales is really one of the best car dealerships in Seattle area. I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly upfront and didn't pressure me at all. They let me take my time with the test drive and answered all my questions honestly. The car was clean well maintained and priced fairly compared to other car lots i checked. Great customer service. These guys are a small outfit but they are honest and helped me with a used car purchase that’s turned out great. They even figured out that the alternator needed to be replaced and they replaced it shortly before I saw it. They also did the password fast and didn’t pressure me with upsells. Appreciated!
