We were fortunate to have Charmaine Lopez as our consultant in sales to assist in the purchasing process of the exact 2025 Trailblazer we needed. Charmaine was knowledgeable in Chevrolet vehicles, providing her with the ability to answer all our questions and assist us in accessing the My Chevrolet mobile app and OnStar services. Manager Kailysue Dilbeck in Finance was extremely helpful as she advised us of all the services and warranties available, which assisted in making informed choices, and our decision to finance through GM. As a very experienced buyer, I did not care for the mandatory “Protection Package”, however, I was able to mitigate the impact through negotiation and other considerable discounts. From our personal experience and observations of the positive interaction between employees and customers at the dealership, I would recommend Findlay to anyone who desires to find the right new or used vehicle after doing their homework.

I had a great time working with Jacob Anthony and Mike at Findlay when I bought my car. I told them what car I wanted they located it and helped me purchase it with as much ease and in as timely of a manner as possible. Mike is still available to help me learn my new car when I need him.

So I had an appointment today for a exterior detail and ceramic coating at 1130 and dropped my truck off early. Took me 3 days of playing phone tag to finally get to someone who could make my appointment. Drove 45 mins to dealer in Bullhead when Saturday I was told by fort mohave used location it's all done at their facility as that is where I bought it. So I drop the truck off about 45 minutes early. Was not greeted for 4-5 minutes. I was just standing there. Not a hello by 4 people at the counter. After finally getting helped, gave my keys and info and said take your time and call me when it's ready. About an hour later I get a call saying that my truck is too dirty to clean and coat in the time frame we have. So you're telling me this can't be done in the 6+ hours you're open by a basic wash and then coating. I mean come on. I know detailers who can easily have this done. Keep in mind this is my one "free" coating, and I couldn't claim this until after 1 year of ownership. I was forced to pay the 4000 dollar markup for this "service" as well as the tint and clear bra protection. This is all I've asked for as I've already paid in advance. And also I have do all of my own maintenance for my vehicles and I have my tire pressures where I like them for my usage.  When I get the truck back while nothing I had planned got done,  my tire pressures are adjusted too high for my liking and washer fluid topped off. I did not ask for any form of maintenance to be done, nor was I told anything else was touched. If the service I came in for was not completed, then don't perform something I did not ask for. There was extremely minimal communication. This needs to be addressed. I will not be back to claim my "free service" as I would rather pay somebody worthy of getting the job done right and getting it done within 6 hours. If you can't get a vehicle done then don't say you can and then book me. I have wasted my one day off per week on this matter. I won't return for any services or future vehicle purchases to either findlay location in our area.

There was no hassle, no runaround—just honest, straightforward service. After a quick and informative test drive, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Everything was transparent, and they made sure I was comfortable with every step. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty and efficiency, I highly recommend working with Anthony and Mike. They truly made car buying an stress-free experience!

Findlay in Bullhead City, what a great team! They took care of me promptly. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I feel at home right away.  Mike and George were awesome. I got a beautiful car and I am very happy with the service I was provided. Mike set up my on star service and made it so easy.  George was very patient with me and not pushy like most car salesman we women dread. He was very informative with questions I had. Over all, everybody was a gem to deal with. Highly recommended car dealership. For sure,  il be back when time comes for me to change car.
