Sansui AU-9500 Integrated Amp W/Matching TU-9500 Tuner. Selling as set only. This Sansui amp/tuner is in great cosmetic and working shape. The amp has been serviced which included replacing over 20 (22) known faulty transistors, in addition to deoxit of all knobs and switches. This beast is fantastic. The tuner has also been serviced which included deoxit and 7 led bulbs. I only wish WLUP was still jamming out on the airwaves in Chicago! Featuring 75 WPC, hifiengine said this about the AU-9500 – “By far the most refined and advanced of all the AU series of amplifiers, the AU-9500 takes the art of sound reproduction to a new high with its uncompromising emphasis on tonal quality, operating ease, reliability and appearance.” Weighing in at over 50 lbs, this one isn’t a lightweight in any definition of the word. This integrated amplifier has plenty of inputs as well as room for 3 sets of speakers. The matching TU-9500 works great and pairs nicely with the amp. Check eBay “sold” prices for serviced units in great cosmetic and working condition and this one stacks up to any of them! Just add your speakers, streaming device, turntable, cd player, tape deck, etc and you’re ready to go! This is not a receiver!
