There are marks on back of framing paper from where certificate used to be attached. Price reduced compared to competition with certificate currently selling for $500 on Ebay 17.6" x 20.5" frame (inches) 9.9" x 12.9" sericel inside of mats Gently Pre-owned in Great Condition See all pics for full condition Sericel has never been removed from frame that it was originally purchased in Minor marks on plexiglass and frame with slight loosening of frame at junctions Backing brown paper has some pressure tears as seen in pics
