I chages the motor out its a 1998 mercury force engine 120hp. Change all the wiring in the boat, chamge out the streeing cyclinder..speakers all work, horn as well, binge pump works..fish finder comes with boat. The boat speed dont work thats y im throwing in the fish finder. It tells u ur speed. Gas gauge works batteries are a lil over a year old. Replaced the floor so thats new, boat could fit 8 adults easy...i have the flare gun , paddles and life vest for 6 people and 1 for a kid amd 1 for a teenager so total 8 vest i. Total. Replaced the tilt pump a year ago as well..i put a lot of money into this biat i just don't have the time 2 drive it.. the motor is a 2 srroke motor so u need 2 mix gas n oil. It's a great starter boat. Boat comes with the trailer...asking $3500
