2017 Airstream Bambi

16' Bambi AirStream tow behind Trailer! Was bought at auction after it was rolled by previous owner. Had water damage on and through the floor. I gutted it to the frame and put in new sub and synthetic water proof flooring. We were building it into a more open space and although the shower and composting toilet are currently out, I do have all of the parts to put it back as Manufactured or you can custom build your way. I do have Live Edge Maple already prepared for the kitchen counter top that just needs the burner and sink cut out. Runs on Propane or "House" power from a 30 amp. It is also prepared for a solar system. Has both fresh and Grey water storage...water heater and a furnace...refrigerator...2 burner cook top...microwave...water heater....can have the shower and toilet put back in (which I will do for you if we work out the price to include it) We have new cabinets for the kitchen area as well..... There are options for buying.....Cash as is=$5500 If I re-install the shower and toilet for you=$6500 If I complete the remodel including the new live edge counter top it will be more obviously.
