I bought a car from Arman almost a year ago. Now, a year later, I want to trade it in for another one, and it turns out that the car had been in two accidents. When I purchased it, Arman and Danil told me it had only been in one. As a result, this 2018 car is now valued at $8,000… while originally price is  $21,000.

When I called Arman, he spoke to me rudely, and eventually started yelling and insulting me. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional.

Their business model is to buy damaged cars from auctions for cheap, and then sell them at high prices on credit to people without documents, requiring huge down payments.

Instead of paying $4,500–$5,000 down, you could go to a dealership and get a brand-new car with just $1,000 down.

I even recommended Arman to someone else, and after just 3 months of driving, they had to completely repair the engine for $6,000.

They absolutely don’t care what happens to you or your car after they’ve sold it to you.

Please avoid Arman and his company at all costs — it will end up costing you 100 times more, and you’ll be insulted in the process.

this is crazy. bad rating says a lot about this dealer. my interaction: dealer asked for a deposit to find a car. i asked to sign a contract so i wouldn't waste money. got a refusal from the dealer. then asked the dealer to disclose all payments for the car. they said it was a trade secret. lol. just don't care about california laws. you shouldn't contact them.

Wide selections of cars, talked to Ruben the salesman, he is very gentle and charming and knowledgeable. I would come for the car but stay for the service and welcoming environment.
