This AC unit is in nearly perfect condition. It is 805 watt, 8000 BTU. It easily cools a large room. Everything works great & it is super easy to install. I bought this about 6 months ago, & used it for about 3 of those months. The window insert is adjustable so it can fit most all of windows. I moved & have to downsize so I have no use for it now, but it still has a lot of life left in it. Comes with remote control & has wifi connection to an app (that I never personally used). $250 OBO
