This is a 1996 Honda XR250L I bought it non running and got it running after a new air filter plug and carb clean , please know this is a L model the L models are geared a lot lower then the R models this is more of a trail put around bike and not a racing 250 , if you wanted more potential you can swap the exhaust and carb for a R model , the L model was only made in the states from 1(contact info removed) I believe but 90% of parts for the R model will work on the L , the L just had to be choked up and geared down to be sold in the US, I also have a repair manual that will come with the bike
